Manager & Assistant Manager- Project Finance for a leading IPP

Role & Responsibilities

  • Project Financing, Project documentation, liaison with bankers for working capital and term loans, disbursement of loan, security creation etc liaison with authorities under various statutes for compliance. 
  • To ensure adherence to various functional controls in the operation of the Company and additionally manage the risk aspects of business on pro-active basis.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance of all regulations in the financial area etc 
  • Contribute to the long term and short term business plans of the Company, submit appropriate recommendations and action plans in order to achieve the same.
Reporting to:      General Manager – Finance

Who can apply?    

  • Chartered Accountant 
  • 10-12 yrs of experience in F&A(minimum 2 years in Project Finance) in case of Manager – Position
  • 3 -6 yrs of experience in Project Finance for Asst manager Position
