Position: General Manager - Power Infrastructure (Transmission Lines, Substations,Rural electrification)

Key Skills: Planning, Execution & Monitoring of Power Infrastructure Projects related to Transmission Lines (Minimum 220 KV), Sub-Stations and Rural Electrification. The Incumbents will be responsible for Top line and Bottom line of the projects apart from other commercial aspects.
 
Qualification: BE/ ME & an MBA will be an advantage

Job Description 
 

• To devise and implement all internal control procedures for the Company and implement accounting systems for the start up company.
•  Statutory audits of Companies / Firms / Banks / Government organization 
• Preparation of Project Report, Financial projections, CMA Data, QIS and other related documents for arranging finances from Banks / FII for Working Capital and Terms Loans 
• Day to day monitoring of books of accounts like Vendors, Customers, Banks, Loans, Fixed Assets, Depreciation and General Ledger etc
• Should be well versed with ERP (preferably Microsoft Navision) 
• Supervising Internal / Management Audits to ensure that various operations are being performed efficiently towards the accomplishment of business goals. 
• Supervising the preparation of MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance 
• Responsible for Company Secretary Activities and organizing board meetings, shareholding meeting of listed company.
• Liaison with Government bodies with regard to the statutory compliance's of the company. Updating and implementing the amendments as and when passed by the law authorities. 
• Well aware of listing requirements of the stock exchange 
• Having good exposure of company law & other statuary compliance's.
