Role & Responsibilities

Independently responsible for all the functions of HR & IR at the plant site
 

Reporting to
 General Manager – Hydro Projects
 General Manager  - Corporate - HR
 

Qualification & Experience

• MBA(HR)
• Analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Command over English language –Written and spoken 
• Relevant experience of 12 -15 years  in  the similar field 
• Should have worked in the hr department of a large manufacturing organization preferably as a Head HR for plant location. 
• Should have experience in entire gamut of HR and IR functions
  Candidate Should be from  Himachal Pradesh
