Role & Responsibilities

As Head of HR. will be responsible for all functions of HR & IR at 2x 660 MW plant site

Qualifications

• MBA(HR). 
• Analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Command over English & Hindi language –Written and spoken.  
• Relevant experience of 20-25 years  in  the similar field. 
• Should have worked in the HR department of a large power plant /manufacturing organization preferably as a Head HR for plant location. 
• Should have experience in entire gamut of HR and IR functions.
• Should be from Chattisgarh
