Senior Manager / AGM / DGM - Combined Cycle Plant Engineering

The candidate should be accomplished combined cycle engineering professional with experience in following areas: 
  • As engineering coordinator for min 2nos. of combined cycle power plants(preferably 3 pressure reheat configuration for F class Gas turbines)
  • Optimization of parameters using GTPRO/GTMASTER or equivalent software
  • Development of performance guarantee test procedure as per ASME PTC 46
  • Carrying out PG test at site as per ASME PTC 46
  • Generation of off-design performance correction curves
  • Generation of part load performance by interacting with GT,HRSG and STG vendors
  • Developing Start up and shutdown curves/procedures based on the input from the equipment manufacturers
  • Specialist knowledge of one the Key equipment i.e. GTG, HRSG or STG
  • Managing interfaces among various main plant manufacturers and interfaces with Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines.

Qualification – B.E. (Mechanical)
Experience – 18 – 25 Years

Sr. Manager/AGM/DGM-Design (Heat Recovery Steam Generators)

The candidate should be accomplished HRSG professional with experience in the following areas: 
  • Thermal and mechanical design of HRSG (preferably 3 pressure reheat configuration for F class Gas turbines)
  • Development of performance guarantee test procedure as per ASME PTC 4.4
  • Carrying out PG test at site as per ASME PTC 4.4.
  • Use of proprietary/commercially available software for HRSG thermal design
  • Engineering of other bottoming cycle equipment like Deaerator, BFPs, Turbine bypass system and Power cycle piping.
  • Managing interfaces with GTG and STG vendors
  • Development of off design and part load performance.
Qualification – B.E. (Mechanical)

Experience – 18 – 25 Years
