Key Skills: The candidate should have sufficient experience of preparation & review of Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), Field quality Plan (FQP) of the major equipments of power plants such as boiler & its auxiliaries, turbine & its auxiliaries, power cycle pumps, heaters etc. Additional knowledge on electrical and C&I items is preferred. The candidate should also have experience of reviewing type test reports, inspection reports and test certificates for the materials to be procured for the power station. He should be able to carry out surveillance checks for the receipt of inspection conducted by erection agency and review, survey & disposition of any non-conformities reports (NCR) Hands on experience of third party inspection and LRQA/BVQI certification of lead auditor will have added advantage.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE

  • Implement the HR practices of the organisation in the vertical 
  • Suggest changes in the policies – specifically to his / her areas of operations.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

  1. Responsible for the implementation of HR policies and processes in his/her domain.
  2. Bring to the notice of HR –process the issues in implementing and get them addressed.
  3. Inform Special requirements in his / her domain and provide the suggestions or alternative for consideration.

PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE POSITION: 

Review of projects for timely availability of drawing and documents.  Provide support to project implementation and proposals team in evaluation of technical options for optimum engineering solutions in terms of technology and capital cost.
