Qualification: BE/ Btech in Mehcanical

Experience:     15- 20 yrs

Role & Job Description

• Will be In-charge of Quality dept. of 1040 MW thermal power project.
• Will be responsible for daily construction, fabrication & erection related testing activities of civil, mech.& electrical job.
• Will be responsible  for Field quality plan,WPS,PQR & WQT package wise including implementation & documentation
• Stage wise inspection & documentation including protocol
• Indent & follow up with consumable materials for lab
• Co- ordination with H.O.(corporate Engg.)
• Development & improve the process including the incoming material inspection at site.
• Providing proper training at various levels to enhance the skill.
• Ensuring the quality of job as per customer requirement.
• Periodic internal audit of different deptt. For ISO 9001:2000
• All the documentation work related to ISO 9001:2000
• Co-ordination with IBR & related activities
