Position : Head - Foundry 

Responsible for production activities on shop floor. Good man management skills. Organising resources and developing skills required for achieving the budgeted productivity.

Preferred Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Experience (years): Twelve to Fifteen years in shop floor working.

Job Description

• Lead, Direct & Control all activities within Foundry Products Division.
• Expand business opportunities
• Ensure profitability in Foundry Business, within company policies with the objective  of ensuring profitable growth.
• Any other work entrusted by the Management from time to time.

Key Personal Skills 

• Good knowledge of shop floor planning and execution to meet the targets.
• Handling of Manpower and I.R. issues in shifts .
• Effective Time Management Skills.
• Responsible for process improvement and Delivery schedule
• Good Communication Skills.
• Ability to be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Computers, SAP.  
• Good Knowledge of Quality and EHS systems 

Salary

• Negotiable depending on the type of experience. 
• This will include PF, Gratuity as per the Acts and covered under the Superannuation. 
• Will be provided with rent-free UNFURNISHED 3-BR independent house.
• Will be covered under the Company’s Medical scheme.
