Job Description
- All functions of PPC such as Production Budget, Shop loading, and Scheduling
- Experience of having worked in a Heavy Engineering set-up would be preferred.
- Applies Industrial Engineering concepts, techniques, analysis and decision tools under general supervision to promote and assist in implementing changes in manufacturing
- Should have handled activities like productivity enhancement, capacity management, process enhancement, lean manufacturing, time & motion studies, cost reduction
- Production Documents. Budgeting and progress reporting.
- Responsible for building up data banks for MIS.
- Any other work entrusted by the Management from time to time.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience at a senior position within Production / Maintenance / Logistics CAPEX areas to develop a firm grasp of resource requirements and establish bonds with each project delivery team member from an early stage.
- Make overreaching assessments of capital investments for long-term success. CAPEX managers are instructed to promote fiscal responsibility while making informed and educated decisions for the organization
Key Personal Skills
- Good knowledge of shop floor planning and execution to meet the targets.
- Handling of Manpower and I.R. issues in shifts.
- Effective Time Management Skills.
- Responsible for process improvement and Delivery schedule
- Good Communication Skills.
- Ability to be a team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of Computers, SAP.
- Good Knowledge of Quality and EHS systems
Salary
- Negotiable depending on experience.
- This will include PF, Gratuity as per the Acts and covered under the Superannuation.
