Piping Stress and Supports Engineer

Description
|
Shall have proven experience in handling projects involving
Basic and Detailed design engineering in reputed engineering consultancy
organizations
For
Layouts: Conversant with preparation of Plot Plans, Equipment
layouts, Design of Piping Systems, Knowledge of piping components, Material
of construction, piping GADs, Support GADs, isometrics, nozzle orientation
etc.
For
Stress Analysis : For stress analysis knowledge of CAESAR essential.
Excellent knowledge of support selection and design.
For
Technical Specifications : Experience in understanding Basic
Engineering inputs, PIDs, Instrument data Sheets and Mechanical data sheets
and preparing / updating technical specifications for Piping Materials/
Specialty items, pipe fittings, insulation, painting, etc.
Contract
review and exposure to ISO 9001 quality systems
Shall
be capable of independently handing a project to achieve targeted schedules
and quality.
Experience
in IBR
Good
command of International and Indian codes and standards and PC based
operations
Exposure
to engineering software, good communication skills and a flexible attitude to
work
Ability
to understand and map standards and practices to be adopted for both internal
and external design projects
Field
of exposure shall be in Process / Power plant engineering.
Experience
in PDS modeling and design review will be an added advantage

Graduate / Post Graduate in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering
|
