Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Project management:
- Responsible for Pipeline
- Utility water pipeline.
- Slurry Line
- Cross country Water pipe line.
- Fuel Lines
- Hydraulic& Lubrication Lines
Manpower management:Lead the Piping Team.
Vendor management: Management of Sub Contractors and direct manpower engaged.
Project management: Planning & sequencing of project events to match the project schedule.
Quality Management:Strict Compliance to Organization's QA/QC Polices & Practices
Safety Management: Should understand & implement strict HSE norms all over the site.
Employee engagement:Team building & employee engagement.
Coordination:Close coordination with Project Manager and other discipline manager for Timely availability of resources like construction equipment, manpower & material.
Key Challenges

Skills & Knowledge
Educational Qualifications & Certifications:Graduate Engineer MechanicalRelevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:15 - 18 years of relevant experience
Functional Skills:
- Experience in Erection of piping.
- Techno commercial skills
- Vendor Management
Behavioral Skills: Negotiation skills, leadership skill, customer focus
