Job Description
 
Scheduling and Cost control
  • Responsible for the overall scheduling and cost control
  • Issues weekly/ monthly reports on status of the project
  • Progress Reporting system
  • Establishes the Progress reporting system
  • Issues weekly/ monthly reports on the status of the project
  • Monitors overall progress and assembles the project progress report
Progress Monitoring and Control
  • Analyses any deviations, forecasts trends and advises remedial actions, if required.
  • Contractual Matters
  • Responsible for all contractual matters related to the project
  • Liaise directly with the Principal/ subcontractor on contractual issues
Billing and Cash Flow
  • Leads a team located at site for all billing and claims related matters
  • Co-ordinates with the F&A team for financial requirement at site including managing cash flow
Educational Qualifications & Certifications: BE Mechanical
 
Relevant & Total Years of Experience:
  • 15+  years Experience in Steel Industry EPC project Environment
  • Should have executed at least two EPC projects in the similar field
  • Exposure of International projects is must
Behavioural Skills / Functional Skills:
  • Primavera
  • SAP
  • Progress Measurement Software
  • MS office Applications
