- Prepare stage-wise estimates Optimize the accuracy of project estimates.
- Review of tender conditions, drawings, BOQ and specifications
- Prepare & submit rate analysis as per market rates for all the items
- Checking of drawings BOQs and specifications during the execution.
- Oversee the establishment of effective project estimates for all projects,
- Cost Control is actively involved in the development, refinement and implementation of cost control techniques.
- Actively monitors movements in project costs, and takes appropriate action where trends or anomalies are identified.
