Role & Responsibilities

   
As Head of HR. will be responsible for all functions of HR & IR at the plant site

Reporting to:          GM – O&M
 

Who can apply?       

• MBA(HR)
• Analytical skills, good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Command over English language –Written and spoken.  
• Relevant experience of 16 -19 years  in  the similar field.
• Should have worked in the HR department of a large manufacturing organization preferably as a Head HR for plant location.
• Should have experience in entire gamut of HR and IR functions.
• Candidate must be a Maharashtrian
